1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" refers to the uudb website, applications, and all related services.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any registered or unregistered individual who accesses or uses the platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created through a user's registration.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.2 One Account Policy

3 Account Security and Confidentiality

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party.

• Be alert to phishing links or suspicious emails.
• Do not allow anyone else to operate your account.

uudb will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from your account login credentials falling into the hands of another person.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at uudb receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Policy

• The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds; restrictions may apply to certain games.
• A single bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once by the same user.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

5.3 VIP Program

The uudb VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

7 Special Policy on Sports Betting

uudb offers betting on various sports including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and more. The following rules apply to sports betting:

• A confirmed bet cannot be withdrawn unless uudb specifically permits it.
• If a match or event is cancelled or does not start, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• uudb reserves the right to void bets placed on the basis of conflicting or incomplete information.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes in the same match ("arbitrage betting") is strictly prohibited.
• A maximum bet limit may apply in each market; this limit may vary by user.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by uudb

uudb may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or the KYC process.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• On the order of a court or competent authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, ensure there are no pending withdrawals or incomplete bonuses. The account closure request must be sent by email to the uudb support team.
